Tax Exemption:
Massage services are subject to Ohio sales tax unless a written order from a licensed physician, chiropractor, certified nurse-midwife, clinical nurse specialist, or certified nurse practitioner is provided. The order must be on file with Massage by Jetta to qualify for tax exemption.
Massage Setup Options:
Massage can be received in your chair/recliner, or a massage table can be set up in your apartment. We'll discuss your preference when scheduling your appointment.
